Former YouTube Executive Adam Smith Named Chief Product Officer of Disney Entertainment and ESPN
Google and YouTube veteran Adam Smith has agreed to join The Walt Disney Company as Disney Entertainment and ESPN’s chief product and technology officer.
Smith will be filling the role left vacant by Aaron LaBerg when he shifted to CTO at Penn Entertainment.

Smith Will Assume His Role on September 3
Smith will assume his new position on September 3 and report directly to Disney Entertainment co-chairmen Alan Bergman and Dana Walden, as well as ESPN chairman Jimmy Pitaro.
